By accessing or using CampusSwap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

CampusSwap is available to currently enrolled college students. You must have a valid .edu email address to create an account and access all features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on CampusSwap: illegal items, weapons, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, stolen property, counterfeit goods, and adult content.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to conduct themselves honestly and respectfully. Harassment, fraud, spam, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

CampusSwap provides a platform for users to connect. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of users to complete transactions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
